Generic Indian Kid Non Profit is a public charity exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. As such, all financial, in-kind donations and gifts are tax-deductible under section 170 of the code. One hundred percent of the money you donate goes directly to programs helping children in India.
